All It Takes has been positively influencing the outcomes of bullying and unkind behavior for a decade. Over this time we have come across many stories that both fill our hearts and break our hearts. Whether about youth as victims, perpetrators, or bystanders, every story is unique and relatable in some way to us all.
Recently, a story was shared with us that resonated deeply with other experiences our youth and mentors have shared. Listen to this 15-year old girl from the Youth Advisory Board, a sister anti-bullying program from and organization called MAP in United Kingdom. She shares her powerful story about an experience with bullying that is common and often overlooked. We celebrate her courage to share her experience and offer hope and insight to others who may be in a similar situation.
On March 6-8, All It Takes will host our Youth Leadership Certification Summit that will up-level teens’ skills in self-advocacy, communication, integrity, and accountability. This story is one that resonates with some of our participants and inspires them to speak up in order to make their communities a more emphatic and accepting place. Spots are still available to sign up your teen or you can make a donation to offset the cost for teens who are currently fundraising to pay for their tuition.
